Mount Kailash Tour is an ultimate spiritual journey for many sects of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jains and Bon follower and has been an adventurous journey for avid travelers. Tibetan believes it as The Precious Jewel of Snow (Khang Rimpoche) and they see this mountain as the navel of the world. Mount Kailash’s glaciated stream pours into the nearby lake and from here the river flows into the four cardinal directions.
This exotic journey in Tibet takes you to Lhasa, Shangri-La of Tibet and mythical Mount Kailash (6,714m) and Lake Mansarovar. For devout pilgrim, a tour to Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar is an ultimate realization of their spiritual pursuit. And for adventure-lovers, visiting Mount Kailash presents extreme remoteness, solitude, untouched beauty and adventure of lifetime.
Every year thousands of pilgrims flock here to circumambulate 53km circular path around Mount Kailash. Kailash cleanses all the sins accumulated in lifetime and 108 Kailash Kora (circulation) provides you the way of Nirvana (Mokshya).
Lake Mansarovar, a repository of sparkling blue water sprawling over several miles, is believed to the abode of Lord Brahma (the creator of universe) and mythical Mount Kailash is considered as the holy seat of Lord Shiva and his consort Parvati.
